A written review of one exported run.

What this is, and who it is for

For n8n and Make agencies, consultants and teams that need to explain a run to a client or reviewer.

The order includes the First Pack, an offline receipt checker with synthetic examples, and one human review. The examples show how receipt checks work. The First Pack does not directly check your raw workflow export.

n8n: one execution and its workflow file

We compare the exported execution with your acceptance criteria or notes on the expected output. Each expectation receives PASS, FAIL or UNKNOWN, with the values compared and the workflow step where an output differed. This does not replace n8n Evaluations.

Make: one scenario log, three fields

We check the scenario ID, success state and operation count against what you expected. Each field receives PASS, FAIL or UNKNOWN. This review does not check the business output or establish that the right data reached its destination.

Missing or unclear evidence stays UNKNOWN. A PASS describes the supplied records and agreed checks. It does not establish that an action happened outside those records, was authorized or was accepted by the business.

How to use the review

1. Request a quote with the platform, one run to review and the result you expected. Start with nonconfidential information.
2. We reply with the scope, quote, data terms and order instructions. Confirm that you have the right to share the files.
3. After we agree the scope, send the files with credentials, personal data and confidential third-party content removed. Keep your originals.
4. We email your written result within three working days of receiving your order agreement, payment and usable files.

The result includes each verdict, its basis, the limits of the review and suggested wording for expectations you can reuse. A FAIL or UNKNOWN is a valid result.

We email the First Pack download link within 24 hours of payment. The human review report arrives by email; it does not require a separate download. Delivery time is the time we send the report email.

We read exported files only. We never run your workflow or connect to your accounts.

Review terms

Refunds and when review starts

For First Pack + Human Review, you may cancel for a full refund, including the First Pack, any time before the human review starts.

The review starts at the date and time we notify you by email in writing that a reviewer has begun work on your files. After that, the order is not refundable. Receiving your reply, payment or files does not start the review.

To cancel before that notice, email hello@truquence.com. A FAIL or UNKNOWN is a valid outcome.

Prices are in USD. Applicable tax, if any, is charged separately.

Permission to share files

Send synthetic data, or real data only with written permission. Remove personal data, credentials and confidential third-party content first.

For n8n, include this sentence in your order reply: “I confirm I have the right to share this execution record and its contents with you for this review.”

For Make, include: “I confirm I have the right to share this scenario log and its contents with you for this review.”

Data and AI use

We read only the files you send. We never run your workflow and never connect to your n8n or Make account. No AI model sees your data. We do not use your files to train any model and do not pass them to anyone else. Within 30 days after we send the result, or sooner if you ask, we delete your files, working copies, derived outputs and the emails that carried them, including trash, and confirm in writing. We keep only the written result.

The First Pack contains synthetic examples and no customer data. These data handling terms apply to files you send for review.

Scope and limits

We agree the records and expectations before the review. We do not promise to find every error. We do not deploy, rebuild or monitor your systems. The review provides evidence within that scope, with no claim of security certification, compliance or business acceptance.
